Yummie Tummie Giveaway! 07/01/10

Hello and once again Happy TwentyTen everyone! In celebration of a New Year and since I’m actively working on a “New Me” I’m kicking this year off with my very first review and giveaway!! Can I get a woot woot?!

A few weeks ago I was given the opportunity to review a Yummie Tummie “Strappy” Tank!  The Yummie Tummie peeps were even gratious enough to let me choose a tank (for free) and review it for this site! To suck or not to suck…it in? That is the question!

Personally, I’ve always been a fan of the suck it and stash it fat busters as I call them, but have always had trouble with them slowly creeping up or rolling or simply not fitting correctly.  So I was excited to read this on the Yummie Tummie website:

My shiny new black “Strappy” Yummie Tummie arrived and I immediately ripped open the package and shimmied it on! I was a little leary with sizing because according to the Yummie Tummie sizing chart I was between sizes! After much deliberation and some helpful tips from Cat at Yummie Tummie I decided to downsize! And WHEW SO glad I did! This shaper was nothing like any other one I’ve tried in the past! It was soft and comfortable and DID NOT squeeze me one bit! I could move! I could breathe! And even more important it seemed to hide my lumps and bumps! And believe me I have ‘em. I was suprised and excited!

But it was time for the real test. Actually wearing the tank for more than 2 excited minutes! So I began my “test” phase of my review! I wore it alone, I wore it under a hoodie, I wore it under a sweater, I wore it under a regular shirt, I wore it layered, I even wore it tucked in!  I washed it.

So you ask…and?

AND the results were wonderful! NO rolling, no creeping, no STATIC CLING (which drives me crazy)! It washes well and does not stick to clothing. This Yummie Tummie tank has become a wardrobe staple! I usually do wear a bra with it because I like the extra support and actually “tucking” it in to my pants created a smooth, bump-free silhouette! NO complaints here. Nope, not one bit.

Now ladies, we all know that we all come in different shapes and sizes and even more surprising that this company has managed to make a product that most every woman can wear! Yummie Tummie shapers come in Missy and Plus sizes from Extra Small all the way up to 3X in regular and long lengths! HELLO versatility!
